I find this to be an exceptionally strange occurrence for Creative Cloud:
I recently switched from an $80 per month subscription (with Adobe Stock) back to the standard $50 per month Creative Cloud account. When I went in to check my invoices recently, I noticed that my entire payment history was gone. No previous invoices. No payment history for additional stock images I bought.
The only invoices that were available to see were Nov. and Dec. 2016, the two months after I switched back to the $50 per month CC account. Saurabh J from support was kind enough to forward me two of the most recent invoices I needed (Sept. and Oct. 2016), but said this would be a one-time only exception. However, I'm kinda SOL on the rest of my payment history. This does however, indicate that Adobe has my payment history stored, I just cannot access it.
What strikes me as odd is that I don't remember this happening either time when I switched from the Photography Plan to the regular $50 CC plan, and then to the $80 per month plan with Adobe Stock.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Sadly, this does not solve my problem, because I had go through this to find out the problem even existed. When I go into "Manage Plan" I can only see two invoices:
Anything prior to Nov 10, 2016, simply doesn't show up. I believe I started my $80 per month Adobe Stock subscription around March, 2016, but I can't see any of those monthly invoices anymore.

Can you please check if you can get the invoice by following
1. Manage your Adobe Stock membership
2. Print a payment receipt or invoice

Hi again.
Adobe's Facebook team was able to place my previous invoices in my Orders tab. This solves my current problem, but the issue of old invoices not showing in account management still persists. Adobe needs to fix this in the future.

They not only cleared my invoice history, but also over $200 worth of credits are gone without warning!

The mention of Adobe's "Facebook team" is curious. I too am not finding a large number of orders that I have placed with Adobe over the decades (since Adobe's beginning) and have not found anyone within Adobe that can help retrieve the history. Where does one find this "Facebook team"?

Sorry, I didn't see this notification until now. I literally went to Adobe's Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Adobe/ and privately messaged them. I also included screenshots for them to see.

Hi,
If you can't see your invoices prior to November 2016 that means you changed a subscription plan in this date .A new subscription means a new order .Manage plan will show only the active plan invoices not the previous one .To see All the invoices for orders made before ( Subscription ,perpetual ,credit ....) you need to clic again on plans and products at the top of the page and clic in the right on "view your orders" .You must clic the order number to see all invoices linked to this purchase .
