Configuration Error:1?

OSX 10.7.5 configuration error.jpgCS 6 Production Premium "Configuration error Error: 1 on all applications I'm asked to uninstall and reinstall but need Application Manager which gets me to log into the "cloud" but no closer to getting the applications uninstalled and also where would I get CS6 Production Premium to reinstall? Thanks for any suggestions ... Jim ...

properly uninstall (using the uninstaller), run the cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html), restart your computer and then reinstall into the default location.

Hi ... thanks I didn't know about cleaner ... I don't if I can run it without uninstalling ... if I try to uninstall it asks me to fix the alias and then asks me download application manager ... which I did but still can't uninstall ... and even if this works I can't find a Production Premium CS6 to reinstall in the downloads folder ... thanks again ... Jim
