Get "Error 120" even tho i Changed my download location to my D-Drive, but it wont download!

I dont have enough space on my C-drive, so i changed it to my D-drive on Adobe CC, but i still get "Error 120", and i have 1TB on my D-drive, so i should work? please explain to me the problem and how to fix it.

The problem is you can't install software without ample primary hard disk space.  Either upgrade you cmputer's HD or free up some space by moving data & work files to externals.  Also uninstall non-essential software.  Then run Clean Disk & Defragment your hard drive.
