How do I "unlink" creative cloud and Photoshop from my old PC so i can get Photoshop on my new PC

I recently bought a new PC, i wanted to get Photoshop and my other creative cloud apps on this new PC (i had them on my old PC). I couldn't figure out how to download Photoshop, which i own, on my new PC. Every time i try it says download free trial. I have access to my old PC. I think the reason is that Photoshop is connected to my old PC, so i cant download it on my new one. I have uninstalled Photoshop on my old PC. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just so you know, you are allowed two installations per license (both used by you, and presumably, not at the same time.)

Go ahead and download the trial and then sign in with your Adobe ID when asked. If your subscription is current, that's all you have to do.
