How does one activate a serial number for Premiere elements 14 video so that it is accepted on mac?

Unable to get the serial number accepted by adobe for Premiere elements 14!  What should I do!

I reviewed your Adobe ID(email address) you have utilized to post here, and found that you have a Multiple Platform version of Premier Elements 14.

Hence it can be used both on Windows & Mac, See, Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe applications
