How to install Lightroom on a new computer?

I had photo shop 5 on old computer. I now have new computer. How do i upload lightroom on this one. Do i have to purchase it again? Thanks.

Uploading is what you do to get a file FROM your computer TO an Internet site

Downloading is what you do to get a file FROM an Internet site TO your computer

After you download the correct file, you INSTALL the program

You mention Photoshop 5, and you mention Lightroom... which is it?

You install programs exactly the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked
