Thanks you for your replies.  I have tried all platinum and gold and more, certified resellers and many more web pages in UK, Spain, Luxembourg, France, and Ireland with no result at all.  It has taken six hours so far and a lot of very poor websites visited!!

I have been all over the US web pages to find out if Andorra is on their list of unacceptable countries - it is not.  And PayPal is accepted here - I used it for years when running a small B&B - clients from all over the world!

I shall have to go to Gimp or Aperture and others?    After two countries and three house moves and a house fire, I have retained over ninety passwords, but I am still a new comer and have to pay for a new version of Word for Mac each time I get either a new computer or I have a hard drive failure (Even with a Time Machine support and external hard drive backup).  Photoshop has now shut down as my "trial" period is over - that I have been using it for the last 8 or more years makes it a long trial period!   A Lightroom purchase is on their (Adobe) records from Feb 2010 ( think) but nothing else!   And my Adobe 'membership' goes back even further.

As a pensioner and a "passive" resident (not allowed to work) my meagre earnings from Microstock and others has relied on Photoshop for editing my images.

However, I am on 12 sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and so on .... and 23 agencies connected with selling images - all with Forums - so I shall post my experiences.
