I deleted the files for an application and now I can't uninstall it

I had downloaded Adobe Muse CC 2015.0.0.597 a while back, and found out that there was an update, so I (instead of updating it from the ACC app) deleted the folder from Program Files and installed the newer version. Now I found out that I have Adobe Muse CC 2015.0.0.597 and Adobe Muse CC 2017 in programs and features, but when I try to uninstall the old one from the there it says "Uninstall Failed". I have tried the tips in the dialog box, (cleaner tool) etc. but it didn't seem to work. So is there a way I can get the old version out of my computer?

I know that but I can't find older programs anywhere on the internet. All I can see are torrents and cracks, which I don't want to download.

You should NEVER delete a program folder, you should ALWAYS use an official uninstaller... either provided by the vendor, or by using the Windows Control Panel
