Look, I'm just testing the trial versions right now. Don't try to troubleshoot something that I don't ask; this is what I'm looking to accomplish:
Is it possible to install a trial version of any of the Adobe Creative Cloud software in a previous version? By that, I am referring to the following:
I want to install a trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014; NOT Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.1. If you notice, I want to reinstall a trial version of the previous release. Don't ask why, you'll just laugh for my stupid reason, but I'm merely wondering if it is possible. Creative Cloud now only offers trials of the newest versions, and I want to install trails of previous versions for my own, personal reasons. Is this possible to do with creative cloud, or must I do it some other way?
Is it also possible to obtain the physical installation files so that I won't have to always go through creative cloud to download them again (and then I can just set it up without being connected to the internet)?

as long as you don't have an updated version already installed, yes.
for cc 2014, nothing special needs to be done. for early versions, open the cc app>click apps>filters&version>previous versions>install>select the version

I've tried that, but it does not show previous trial versions of the software that I want to "Try." It only shows Edge Animate CC and Gaming SDK, not any of the others (Like premiere pro, audition, photoshop, indesign, illustrator, etc.)
Basically, the only trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro that I can seem to install DIRECTLY from the creative cloud is 2014.1, NOT CC 2014. That's why I'm wondering if there's some other way to get the installation files so that I can also install them while being offline since it's usually very hard for me to get internet.

did you click filters&versions?

Yes, I did. I clicked "All Apps" then "Previous Versions," if that's what you're referring to. It acts as a filter but doesn't say "filter."

and what do you see when you then click install next to premiere pro?

It just installs it immediately (the most recent version). There isn't any drop down arrow.
When I use that filter, Premiere Pro doesn't even show up.

That's the only explanation.
