Is there a download link for Adobe Bridge (CC 2018) released 18 Oct 2017

I am unable to load the latest version of Adobe Bridge CC 2018. My computer is already accessing the internet and when I uninstall Adobe Bridge2017 and click install again, it does not install the 2018 version. Do I have to uninstall the entire Adobe CC 2017? I thought all updates is automatic with the latest version.
