Hi all, I'm sorry for my bad english, but I'm finally having a problem with the creative cloud of Visual C ++ 2015 Runtime - Update Required and my system already has all the versions of C ++ if they can help me I'll be very grateful thank you in advance

Hi,

First, sorry for my bad english.

I have the same issue and can't update Adobe CC apps or install new apps.

My computer runs on Windows 7 Professionnel SP 1.

It seems that my system already have the last version of Visual C++ 2015 as you can see on the screenshot below :

I have visited the 2 links mentionned by Tanusree above. I have uninstalled Visual C++ 2015, downloaded the last version and installed it. But I still can't update Adobe products.
