Under Plans and Products I keep getting this message:
And everything is blank.
Under Account I keep getting this message:
My Profile page is blank and has this message:
I don't know if this applies to the main Adobe web site or not, but I have noticed a "disconnect" between actual messages and the message headers on the forums today
So... log out of the Cloud... clear your browser cookies... log in again and then try the account page to see if that helps
