Launch Creative cloud ghe Apps tab. Thern click the button "try" next to Muse in the list of apps.

If you don't have CC desktop installed, download that first. See this video tutorial.

You will need to be on-line for the initial download and installation but you can then use CC apps off-line for up to 90 days.
