"alternate email" has another adobe account?

Hi,

My work has a license for Adobe, so we can download the Creative Cloud on our work machines. For personal accounts, my coworker let me know that hers is prompting her to give a main email for the account name and an alternative email at which she can be reached. We'd like to know if this alternative email can be the same as our work licensed Adobe ID, or if that will be problematic.

I understand your concern.An alternate email ID is asked for an easy online ID and password recovery.You can definitely share any alternate email that you have access to.
