Can't open my downloaded free templates

hi,

is any one know why I can't use the free templates that I have downloaded previously, while I hit the open button it just go back to my home screen and nothing opens, this happen after the new update to the creative cloud actually for Adobe it's better to keep it as it is otherwise all the clients will run away of adobe products.

Exactly what did you download from exactly where?

On which system? And which version?

Does everything else work? Can you open your own files? Can your create new files?

Thanks for ur review, actually I downloades all the free templates at first time and it was working really good and then I have reinstalled my windows and adobe cloaud after that I see all the templates but while I click on open it do nothing and returns back to home.

And yeah I can create new files and my own files work well. I have this problem with illustrator and photoshop but in design is okay.

I don't know the reason, but you are right, there used to be templates in the Saved tab in Illustrator, but that is empty now.

I'll try to find some info about that.
