How do I stop Illustrator from automatically opening when I download image from Stock Images?

When I download a vector image from Adobe Stock Images, whether it is a licensed/purchased image (eps or ai) or a preview, Illustrator automatically opens. How do I stop that from happening?

Please post screenshots so we can trace exactly what you are doing.

Your browser or OS may be set to open images uppon download, can you give us a clue as to what you are using. Very helpful to provide this when initially posting
