Hello.
Recently we are having problems with Illustrator v23.0.0: it keeps randomly crashing (5-6 times/day).
The latest log has the following crash info: <crash exception="EXCEPTION_HEAP_CORRUPTION" exceptionCode="0xc0000374" instruction="0x00007FFF6881479B"> (I have the complete log if necessary).
We cannot upgrade to v23.0.3 because some of the plug-ins we use do not support it.
Can anyone help?
TIA

Hi Eurol,
Heap corruption is a difficult problem to solve. The corruption can occur many millions of instructions before the actual crash occurs.
May I ask what plug ins are they, ESKO? As a test can you disable the plug ins, and see how long you can run.
Has anything changed recently (eg: Java, Wacom, Extensis, fonts, OS, Server?
Does this affect every single computers at your company, and was the date this started very noticeable, or sporadic and progressively noticeable?
Can you try running v22, you can install using the cloud?

You should get the updates to version 23.0.4. (And they're beta testing 23.0.5). Lots of bug fixes!

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. As per your query, Illustrator is crashing randomly and I completely understand how frustrating it could be in the middle of a project. According to the error report, it seems that you are using a Windows machine. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

Looking forward to your response!
