I bought a yearlong CC subscription this summer and recently when I tried to open Illustrator the app glitched (opened and closed the welcome screen without any way for me to stop it unless I restarted my computer). I uninstalled Illustrator and Creative Cloud in an attempt to fix the problem but when I went to reinstall the app it said that my computer doesn't have the necessary hardware requirements and that it can't be installed - I was using it with this same computer previously and already paid for a year long subscription (which I can't cancel without paying a fee). Wondering if anyone else has come across this problem? Any help would be much appreciated!

Install an earlier version of the AI app. The latest version (22.0.1). cannot be installed on OS version earlier than MAC OSX.11 (El Cap) or Windows 10 (most recent update).
