Resize Logo with Text

I have drawn the following logo in AI.

It seems like the white circle is a little fuzzy but even worse... when I try to resize this logo to a very small size for a logo in the header of the website, it looks like this:

Why can't I resize this vector image to a very small size? Also, I made the text to be paths and the "b" has a stroke around it so I'm not sure why they won't resize properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

There are just not enough pixels available at that small size to clearly represent your logo.

Do you mean for it to appear crisp, it cannot be scaled to this small size? It definitely doesn't look good. What do you suggest I do when the logo needs to be scaled much smaller?

There is nothing you can do with the logo as it is designed by you.

That are the limitations of pixel art.

I think the white line in your logo is even smaller than 1 pixel at that size, and there is no such thing as 1/2 or 3/4 of a pixel.

To see how your artwork looks at small sizes, Zoom to 100% turn on View > Pixel Preview.

In Preferences > General you should check "Scale strokes and Effects"
