And that is supposed to mean what? For cutting you only need paths, not colors, so I'm not clear what you are trying to say here. You need to make an effort to explain yourself better rather than cram everything in the headline until it overflows.

You are provided an  Illustrator Swatch Library from Rowland. Import it into your Illustrator document like any other Swatch Library. (If you don't know how to do that, see Illustrator's documentation.)

Understand, there is nothing special about the Rowland supplied Swatches compared to any other. So you can alternatively just create the Swatches (such as the Cut Contour Swatch) manually. It's just a Swatch with a particular name which Rowland's driver recognizes to designate a path to which it is applied as a cutting path, rather than as a path to be printed.

Rowland colors the Cut Contour Swatch magenta, and asks you to apply it at a thin stroke weight; the color and weight may or may not actually be required for it to be treated as a cut path. Again, see Rowland's documentation on the requirements; see Illustrator's documentation if you don't know how to work with Swatches.

or you can import it from your color swatch library and set it as a stroke.

To the right of your swatch tab click the down arrow, Open Swatch Library > Other Library > "find it wherever its saved" > Open
