I see this error every time I open Photoshop CS6, both the 32bit and 64bit versions. Running Windows 10 Pro x64. I've donw the Windows steps listed here...
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop-cs5.html
I've uninstalled, cleared cache, rebooted, re-installed and updated, and it still produces the popup shown below.
When I click OK, it proceeds to load PS and seems to work normally from there, so it's not an ender, just obviously annoying. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
With Photoshop closed Rename ADmPlugin.apl to ADmPlugin.apl.bak and check

Hi peacethinker
Did you Copied Plugins from Previous versions to Photoshop Cs6 Plugins Folder?
Please open Photoshop while Holding down Shift key.
Select Yes when prompted to Skip loading plugins
Check if you still get the same error

Hi Akash
I didn't copy any plugins. I opened with the shift key and answered yes to skip loading plugins, and it still produces the same popup.

Yes to all. Ran the script test, reported 396 fonts, no issues. Deleted the cache. As for Preferences, I've altered the Performance items a bit.

Do you have something located inside C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64/32 Bit)\Required\Plug-Ins\ADM
Edit:-Update
Please delete the "Temp" and "%temp%" directories
To do so:-

As for deleting the temp folder contents, I use ccleaner to clear out my temp stuff several times a day.

I have the same problem. The above hint could fix it for Photoshop, but the same occurs for Illustrator as well. Any ideas how to fix this? I've reinstalled the whole CS already.

It's probably a similar fix, look in the equivalent folder(s)s for Illustrator. I didn't install Illustrator, but I assume the folder(s) are similarly named just substitute "Illustrator" where it says "Photoshop" ...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Required\Plug-Ins\ADM
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Required\Plug-Ins\ADM

I've found the equivalent file, it's inside "...\Adobe Illustrator CS5.1\Support Files\Required\Plug-ins". But when I rename it, Illustrator doesn't start anymore, saying "required plug-ins are missing: ADM Plugin, BRS Pencil Tool and ExpandS"...
Btw: I have CS 5.1 installed, not CS6.

Hi juju,
I would advice you to post the same issue on Illustrator forums so that experts there can have a Look.
