Apply Random Actions

I am using photoshop variable feature to import csv file into photoshop.

the csv file contains lists of images.

& I have 10 photoshop actions for different image filtering

As shown in image, the actions names are "F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10"

The Image layer name is "wallpaper"

I am exporting this files via "Data sets as files" feature, which creates 4000+ psd files.

i want a script that do following things.

apply ANY ONE action from above list to "wallpaper" layer.

example, for the 3rd dataset file

f4 action will apply to "wallpaper" layer.
