Brush lag when using Photoshop

I am this problem which is making me unable to draw on Photoshop: the brush tool lags either by stopping and then moving or just drawing my lines very slowly. I have tried reinstalling Photoshop, letting it use the max amount of RAM, reinstalling my Wacom tablet drivers, but it just hasn't worked. The brush tool works perfectly fine on Animate CC, but there it's horrendous.Everything else works smoothly on the program, it's just the brush tool that I'm having issues with. I also want to point out that it didn't lag at all when I used to use Photoshop CC on a much older computer. Any suggestions? Here are my specs:

Intel Core i7<3630QM 2.4GHz

8GB RAM DDR3

AMD Radeon 7670M 2GB

320 GB HDD

Windows 10 Pro x64 bit

    Many Features in Photoshop Require "Use graphic Processor " turned On.

    After updating the Graphic Card, Try to reset the Preferences to Their Default, follow the steps in this Video

    Reset  Preferences in Photoshop

    After updating the Graphic Card, Try to reset the Preferences to Their Default, follow the steps in this Video

    After having updated my graphics card I did exactly what was in the tutorial, (first method) by just removing the preferences file and enabled my graphics processor again. It works perfectly fine now, thanks!

    Are you on the latest update of your graphic Card?

    in Edit  - > Preferences -> Performance

    uncheck : Use graphic Processor

    Restart Photoshop, and re-try the Brush Tool.

    If that solved the Problem , Check for Update for the Graphic Card

    then Re-check Use Graphic Processor

    I followed your steps and unchecked ''Use graphic processor'', and after restarting Photoshop the brush tool worked fine with no lag. But after rechecking the graphic processor (after updating the graphics card) things began to slow down again. Should I just keep it turned off? Or will it slow down other things in the future?
