Can't use 3D in Photoshop CC

I've been trying to use 3D in Photoshop with either a Smart object or text converted to a shape but the 3D options are all grey'd out. Is there a preference I don't have setup properly? My computer is a MacBook Pro w/Retina display and 16gb of ram.

@nicolea69849394  things have moved on now. 3D functionality has been removed from Photoshop. If you need it to work on old files then you can download v22.2 which is the last version recommended by Adobe for 3D.

    @nicolea69849394  things have moved on now. 3D functionality has been removed from Photoshop. If you need it to work on old files then you can download v22.2 which is the last version recommended by Adobe for 3D.

      Help please, when I open a file with 3D objects it only shows a black or grey (empty) screen 😞

      Same actions as those above - you have both Intel and NVidia GPUs. Running multiple GPUs with conflicting drivers is a known problem for Photoshop. See section 7 & 8 here:

      Assuming your document is in RGB mode, the it is the same answer as my previous post.

       

      Photoshop is seeing both Intel and NVidia GPUs. Running multiple GPUs with conflicting drivers is a known problem for Photoshop. See section 7 & 8 here:

      You have two GPUs NVidia GTX1080 with an old driver and an integrated Intel UHD 630 Running multiple GPUs with conflicting drivers is a know problem for Photoshop.

      Try updateing the drivers for both , then  see section 7 & 8 here:

      Hi!

       

      I am having a problem with the Infinite Light and Extrusions. Before,  I was able to manipulate the light and get the shadows to move with it. I'm not sure if the update to Photoshop 2020 modified any settings that I may have but I can't move the Infinite Light anymore, nor can I see the Extrusion thing-y on the upper left whenever I make a new Extrusion Layer. The XYZ coordinates are also missing. Please, someone, help me. I didn't change anything on my settings and I'm using the same computer I was using before.
