Question

Editing Path After it's Been Filled

Hi,

I drew the white path in the attached screenshot. It started without any fill. Once it was finished, I made it a work path. I then made it a selection and filled with white.

What do I do if I want to edit the shape once its white? Is that possible? Currently if I make the path into a selection, and then re-stroke the path, it gives me the points but they don't move the shape with the white.

Thanks!

The next time you do something like this. Instead of making the path into a selection add a solid fill layer it will be added as a shape layer.   Then all you have to do is double click on that layer content icon in the layers palette and the color picker will open. Just change the color.

    Hi

Once you create a path (like a complex one), best to go to your "path" panel and save it (with a relevant name). Then, after, you can re-lselect it and modify it. Or copy it (path) and modify and save with a different name.

If you actually doing this, maybe I did not understood your workflow !!
