All of a sudden, my fonts will not filter by style (serif, sans serif, etc.) Every time I try to filter, it shows "no matches found". I'm on Mac Mojave. I was on chat this morning for 2 hours and they couldn't figure it out. Also, all of my previously favorited fonts are now unfavorited. Any ideas?
I tried the suggestion mentioned in your similar post Fonts have stopped filtering CC 2019 and it did not work for me in preferences - desperately need it to work - thanks!

Hi pensacola2013,
Sorry that you're facing issues with fonts in Photoshop as they have stopped filtering
Could you please restore Photoshop app preferences to default and let us know if the issue still persists?
Please refer this article for instructions on how to restore Photoshop preferences:

Thanks,
Akash
