How do I move an old version of Photoshop from my old computer to my new computer without a program disc?

How do I move Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 from my old computer to my new computer without a program disc?  The program came pre-installed when I bought my old computer many years ago, so I don't have the original program disc.

Moving apps from one device to another rarely works. The installation routine is often necessary to make changes to higher level registry files on your machine. 

If you don't have the original installation disks and your software came bundled by the OEM (original equipment manufacturer), it's unlikely that you can transfer it to your new computer.   OEM licenses are usually limited to just one device.

Unfortunately, i don't believe you can install and use Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 anymore even if you had the install disk.

For awhile adobe issued unlock codes so people could keep using it, but has long since stopped doing that.

Adobe photoshop elements, more specifically the Organizer that comes with it, is a comparable program, but costs money instead of being free like Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition was.
