How to add 3rd party free plugins and free filters in Photoshop CS6

I want to add some 3rd party filters and plugins in Photoshop CS6, there are many 3rd party filters and plugins(both free and paid) are available for photoshop in internet, but I am not sure how many filters are compatible in Photoshop CS6, some filters comes with installer exe but package size is to large. I want to add some free filters and plugins in Photoshop CS6 without install additional photoshop filters software. Thanks for help in advance.

I want to download Photoshop CS6 compatible filters. There are many filters installer files are available, some Photoshop filters installer size are more than 1GB. My only request is I want Photoshop CS6 compatible 3rd party filters(individual 8bf files) because these files does not need installation. If installer required, these please provide some information because package is not big matter, but it's difficult to check compatibility. Unfortunately, team Adobe never provide 3rd filter support for CS and older edition of Photoshop, only provided filter support for CC edition of Photoshop.
