How to solve the problem with Alt+Delete shortcut if it doesn't work?

I am trying to use Alt+Delete shortcut but it doesn't work, could anyone help me please?

I've got Ps 2017 on Windows 10.

Go to Edit/Keyboard short cuts. If you want to load the standard Photoshop Shorcuts choose from the drop down menu Set Photoshop Default.
