No-outline black cursors

So it's in Photoshop as well, and not just  in Bridge. When over the image area, the mouse cursor is a black shape with a very dark outline. How is that supposed to help productivity or be in any way, shape, or form usable? And more importantly, is there a workaround to use the application until it's sorted out?

What operating system are you using?

Can you post a screenshot?

This appears to be an incompatibility with certain hardware/drivers. I tried recording the screen via OBS capture after screenshots taken with IrfanView (one of the few ways to take screenshots with the cursor apparently) were showing completely different cursor images, and the capture has the cursor rendered correctly with a well-defined outline.

If it's any use, this is on Windows 10 with a Radeon RX 5700 XT and both 19.10.x (whatever the last October release number was) and 19.11.1 drivers. I will be reporting this problem to AMD, but I'm pretty sure the CC applications weren't suffering from the problem before the update.
