Yes, image explains much. But I guess in your native language when you want to ask someone about something, you ask a question (instead of stating a problem) as that's natural way of doing that? If so, do the same in English 😉

So maybe ask in other language than English? And then if someone doesn't understand it say it's problem of other people they can't understand what you wrote natually in your language 😕😕
