Where is Filter>Distort>Diffuse Glow in CS6? Did they remove it?

Why can't I find this filter? Don't see any reason why it would be removed? A quick google search indicates it should be there, why can't I see it?

    Did you find it in the Filter Gallery > Distort > Diffuse Glow?

      Ahhh... I see now. I definitely have not fully explored everything yet, guess I panicked because I couldn't find it. Perhaps this changed in CS5, not sure - I jumped from CS4

      Do you have any idea why the zoom by scroll wheel is so jagged now? It used to zoom in smoothly, now it jumps in 20-30% increments. I do have Animated Zoom enabled.
