Why do I have pink lines

I moved this picture over from Lightroom to Photoshop to do a bit more extensive work. I'm starting to see some blemishes and the pink color showing up on the picture that is not seen in Lightroom. My photoshop color setting is Prophoto RGB. What am I doing wrong or need to change?
