could not load presets this file is not compatible with this version of photoshop

I have downloaded a .tpl file (brush set) 

I have CS5 extended version of photoshop. 

Is there any way I can reformat the file to work on my older version of photoshop?

I keep getting this messaage- could not load presets this file is not compatible with this version of photoshop
