Hi all,
My Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't expire/renew until January 2024 but my Creative Cloud is telling me that "Your plan has expired, start a new plan." Has anyone else had this? I'm based in the UK, in case this is of any relevance. Having check my account, it definitely doesn't expire until next year!
Thank you, Alistair.

Further note: I still have access to all of the apps, and they work ok.

One possibility is that you might have two accounts with separate IDs. Or you might have, for example, first subscribed to the Photography plan which is about to expire, and later subscribed to All Apps, which includes Photoshop anyway.
Where does the message appear and does it mention an ID or Plan?
Jane

below are solutions some users reported:
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html
if that fails, change the install location
