위약금 문의입니다.

기존에 Pr와 Ps 사용중이었는데

Ps는 플랜변경으로 모든앱플랜으로 바꾸고

Pr은 플랜비활성화를 하였습니다.

그런데 Pr에서 위야금10만원정도가 발생한거같습니다.

저의 경우 위약금을 내야하는건가요?

Ps를 모든앱플랜으로 변경했기때문에 Pr을 취소하더라도 위약금을 안내는게 정상아닌가요..

처리부탁합니다.
