Acrobat Pro DCのライセンス

Acrobat Pro DC（2015版）のライセンス認証の解除をしないままPCを初期化してしまいました。同じPCにAcrobat Pro DCを再インストールして使っているのですが、「この機能は、現在のAcrobatライセンスには含まれていません。」という表示が出てほとんど何もできなくなってしまいました。どなたか対応策をご教授いただけませでしょうか？

Did you try downloading Acrobat DC 2015 from the link provided above? Once done, you just need to enter your serial number to get the installation complete.

Hey there,

 

As mentioned above, you had Acrobat pro DC 2015. Re-download it on the same PC and it started giving this message.

There could be two possibilities-

1- You had Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and you have Downloaded Acrobat DC (continues version) or freeware Adobe Acrobat Reader, as it looks identical.

2- There is a licensing issue. Which means, application's activation needs to be checked. And that will be done by the Customer Support team.

 

So, 

1st: check your application version properly. Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat what's the version you see there.

2nd: We'd suggest to first uninstall the existing app. Use this cleaner tool: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html Download the application: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-2015-downloads.html

enter the serial number for activation 

3rd: Nothing works, then contact support: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

Thank you for your message.

 

As you mentioned, I downloaded AcrobatDC, beacuse, at the time my PC crashed, I couldn't find the CD of Acrobat Pro DC 2015.  And after the free trial term ended, I did not sign up because I found the CD of of Acrobat Pro DC 2015.

 

Following your advice, I tried the firts and the second steps, but it didn't work, so I emailed to the Customer Care Team.
