Hello.
I paid 2 times for your product Acrobat Pro DC this month because the payment didn't go. Received 2 invoices. One of them must be cancelled. Under the new Italian legislation, I have 15 days from the date of the invoice to process it. Please reply as soon as possible.

We do not have access to the billing information, so there is nothing much that can be done from our end.
