2 issues: Eraser lag and problems using pen

So, I want to buy the pro version of acrobat dc to read and edit pdf for studying. But found 2 major issues while doing so. First of all, there was an eraser lag plus difficuilty in erasing while using that tool.

Also, after turning on my pen, the software was also detecting my other hand I was using to scroll as a pen. Is there a fix for these problems?

As described above, have you had this experience while working with multiple PDFs or any specific one?

Please confirm the exact version of the Acrobat and OS you are working with? 

Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update to install the most recent version and then check the same.

While using the Pen (draw) tool, what is the other hand you are taking about? Was it "hand tool"?
