Hi.

The newest version of Acrobat DC (20048) seems to be incompatible with one of our plugins.

The Heidelberg PDF Toolbox. Any idea, what causes the problem? Any idea, when it will be fixed?

OS X 10.14.6

You can also install an old version of Acrobat DC (15-17-19) and then, make the update to the last version working with the PDF ToolBox Assistance  (19-012-20040).  You can download the 19-012-20040 update directly from the Adobe public FTP here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/mac/AcrobatDC/1901220040/

Same problem. How can I roll back to earlier version of Acrobat DC?

Plug-ins often need fixes and changes when you allow Acrobat to update. Contact the maker (Callas make pdfToolbox, if it is the same app). http://www.callas.de/

First I don't allow CC to update automatically. Always do that after a while with CC-App. But as I just saw, Acrobat also has a setting to update by itself and not over the CC-App...!! And that was activated. No clue, why there even is an option like that. And I contacted Heidelberg first. As about "a few" other users with the same problem since the weekend. And what did they say? Please contact Adobe...!! So it is a bit like ping-pong now...!!
