About still charging after cancellation.

Hi there,
I have a problem. I canceled the membership within  7 free trials. Why till deduct fees from my bank account? The amount of fee is 33.09 in NZ.
Maybe something is wrong. Please help me check my account situation. I don't use the function of Adobe, and I I don't want pay continually.
Look forward to hearing from employees.
Or please provide a email address to me to resolve this problem.

Thank for the message. I tried to stop your company's deductions via cancelling my account, but failed. This month, my money was still gone. Could you tell me how to stop deducting? Thank you.
