Accessibility error- fields description failed

while running Accessibility checker got an error, " fileds description failed"

Field descriptions

For accessibility, all form fields need a text description (tool tip).

To add a text description to a form field:

  1. Select one of the Form tools, and then right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac OS) the form field.
  2. Choose Properties from the context menu.
  3. Click the General properties tab.
  4. Enter a description of the form field in the Tooltip field.

    Hi,

    Please follow the steps as below:

    1. Open any Form tool i.e. Open Prepare Form app.
    2. Right Click on the form field in pdf and Select Properties.
    3. Click the General properties tab.
    4. Enter a description of the form field in the Tooltip field.

     

    I hope this resolves your issue. Keep your Acrobat Pro DC updated to latest version to experience the new features.

    Unfortunately, I'm afraid the problem lies elsewhere. Maybe a bug in the Accessibility Checker?
