Accidental purchase of Acrobat for Mac, instead for windows.

I bought accediently Adobe Acrobat 2020 for Windows, but i have a mac.
What should i do?

If you require Acrobat for Mac, you will need to cancel the license for Acrobat 2020 for Windows first.

Then you can purchase the Acrobat 2020 for Mac.

For refund-related information, refer to the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel.

    Does this apply if I bought the software from a 3rd party, like Best Buy? When I reached out to Best Buy for an exchange, they were not supportive and said to check with Adobe directly.
