accidentally deleted adobe

Actually you never had Adobe on your system but rather, Adobe Acrobat. Most likely the “new” computer was purchased with a perpetual license for Acrobat Standard or Pro 2017 included as opposed to a subscription.

Your best bet is to go back to whoever sold you the system (vendor, manufactuer, etc.) and try to get the computer re-imaged such that whatever serial number was “baked into” the system can be restored. There is nothing that Adobe can do to assist you here.
