Acrobat 10 of CS6 Suite -- Keeps asking for License

Acrobat 10 of my CS6 Suite has started to continually pop-up a window asking for a serial number.  I enter it in, and it goes to my Adobe.com account, then Acrobat 10 runs for about 30 seconds and it dies.  The rest of the CS6 Design Suite programs run great.

It has now (see attachments) ceased to run because it says trial expired.

It has triggered (see attachments) one warning from Norton.

I am using Windows 8.1.

Well said. I have extactly the same problem.
Adobe is an utter disgrace.
We paid good money for a CS6 perpetual license
I cannot get Adobe Acrobat X to work. It keeps displaying a license pop up dialog.
I then add the license number and nothing happens.
I am just praying this doesn't happen to the other programs in the Adobe CS6 Suite

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, the Acrobat 10 of CS6 Suite is giving you the trial expired error message and asking for the serial number.

Please refer to the steps provided in the help article Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode  and see if that works for you.

Also Adobe Acrobat 10 is an old and EOL application. For more information please refer to the help page End of support for Acrobat X and Reader X

Hope it will help

Regards

Amal

And as Arcoth said, we don't want any more support, so the EOL argument, is meaningless.
We just want the software to work.

We bought the Adobe CS6 Suite under a perpetual license, for a one off payment.
