Hi,

Yes I have been on here: Signature creation error when you sign a PDF (Adobe Acrobat 8, 9 on Windows)

and it doesn't help for what im looking for.

Software: Adobe acrobat 11

Opening using: Adobe reader 11

When using digital signatures at my company a few users report the following error when attempting to use the digital signatures.

I wish to roll this form out to 100s of users and don't want incidents appearing or quick fixes or workarounds as this may affect many users when rolled out.

What are the solutions IT department can do to prevent this issue occurring for many users? Anything to do with certificates or identity management solutions?

Hi Kayc,

I understand the situation, As you are getting the problem with Acrobat 11 for signature purposes.

As stated by "Test Screen Name", Acrobat 11 is the end of life product and Adobe no longer provide support to this application, in addition to what is already suggested, Adobe recommends to update to the latest version of Acrobat DC to get the latest function enhancements and security measures.

You may please follow the links below:

I hope this will help, do let us know the results

Regards,

Amal

Did you know Reader XI is end-of-life and has unfixed security issues? May be worth testing with Acrobat Reader DC and planning a roll out of that.
