Acrobat 11pro beendet sich nache ein paar Sekunden von selbst

Hallo, 
wir haben noch alte Boxversionen von Acrobat 11 pro im Einsatz, bisher lief alles unter Win 10 wunderbar. Doch aktuell haben wir Clients wo sich der Acrobat nach dem Start gleich wieder schließt.
Kein mir jemand einen Tip geben?

Make sure you have 11.0.23. The initial 11.0 release always closes quickly so new installs need updating. If you manage to download the update, keep it safe, it may not be around forever.
