Acrobat 2017 with Serialnumber is asking for Adobe ID

Hello,

we have a Serialnumber for the installation of Acrobat 2017, it is inserted but Acrobat is still asking for Adobe ID after start.

We can cancel this and Adobe is running well but we did not find the option not to ask for Adobe ID.

What can we do?
