Acrobat 2020 pro crashes completely when selecting scanner (macOS 14.5, Canon GX7050)

Hello all,

my acrobat app crashes anytime I want to select the scanner. Thus I can't use the scanning functionality of the app. I am working on macOS Sonoma, Scanner is Canon maxify GX7050, app is pro 2020 version.

Not sure, but I think it startet with the last adobe software update.

Help very appreciated!
