Acrobat 2020 Pro Encountered a Problem...

Good day!

I have Acrobat 2020 Pro installed on Windows Server 2022, and I received below alert message:

 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

I've already tried below methods and none of them worked:

  1. Reinstalling
  2. Use cleaner tool
  3. Install update: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/classic/dcclassic20.005nov2023.html#dc20-005novtwentytwentythree
  4. This method: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrocef-rdrcef-errors.html

For anyone stuck on this issue. The current solution that was discovered by a reddit user is to remove KB5034129 that was just installed recently in Jan 2024. See here for some more info but I can confirm on Server 2022 (21H2) after removing the adove KB this corrected our Adobe issue. Hi,
we have the same issue on our Windows 2022 Terminal Server. Did you find a solution yet?
